Mid-day Supervisory Assistant
10 hours per week 11.45 - 1.45 Monday – Friday £22737.00 - £23500.00 (pro-rata)
Actual Salary £5244.70 - £5420.70
We are looking to recruit a mid-day supervisor to join us as soon as possible to work at our school that caters for children and young people with severe and complex learning difficulties and challenging behaviours, based at our Reynalds Cross site in Olton. The role requires you to support during the lunchtime period and there may also be the possibility of some extra supply hours. There is an aspect of the role that will require the candidate to attend to pupils’ individual care and hygiene needs which includes manual handling and use of hoisting equipment (Training given)
You will need to be caring, reliable and have a good level of physical fitness and enjoy working with pupils. Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and children to share this commitment. All staff will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check. Only candidates who are invited for interview will be notified by post and/or email.
We also have a site at Green Lane, Shirley and on occasions you may be asked to work at either setting if necessary.
