Careers Leader:

Jacqui Lucas

The role of the careers leader is to plan and implement a strategy for developing a careers programme for the school that meets all eight of the Gatsby benchmarks of good practice and prepares young people for the choices and transitions in education, training and employment.

Transition Family Support Worker:

Janine Jenkins

Janine supports students and families in Upper School with a focus on the transition process and preparing families for moving on from Reynalds Cross.

Future Planning Assistant:

Vicki Yale

The Future Planning Assistant is employed for one day a week and is a part of the Curriculum Development Group. Vicki helps to organise any future planning trips out and any visitors that come into school.

Enterprise Coordinator:

Maryam Nkemena

Reynalds Cross are part of the Life Ready Careers Hub.

They support a number of the Hub schools in Solihull, including Reynalds Cross.

Enterprise Advisor:

The role of the Enterprise Advisor is to assist us with forming long term contacts to aid with Future Planning.

Independent Careers Advisor:

Dave Hooley

Dave has been our Independent Careers Advisor for many years. He will attend Annual Reviews of students in Years 9 and 12 to discuss future options with parents (and students if appropriate) before completing a career action plan.
